Antioch’s mission is to worship God by raising up men for Christ through:

• Dependence on the Word of God
• Developing a strong prayer life
• Unity in the faith through humility
• Reaching the community for Christ with the good news of Jesus

Purpose

Our purpose at Antioch House is to:

• Worship the Triune God, giving glory to the Godhead’s (Father’s) only Son, Jesus Christ, to serve the Father in obedience, to live a victorious life by the power of the Holy Spirit, to abide in Jesus Christ; (John 4:24)
• Raise up men of faith through the bonds of brotherhood and discipleship, a faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of Man, who has power over death, and has paid the price for all of our sin, in order to have eternal life with him; (Matt. 28:18-20)
• Provide affordable room and board to Christian men within the entire body of Christ, who are students attending a higher educational institution; (Eph. 4:25)
• Be a light in the community, a Christ-like model to fellow students, ministers to the lost, in order to increase the kingdom of God, for his glory and honor, and to fulfill his hearts desire for our lives; (Eph. 5:1)
• Seek unity by being like minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind; (Phil. 2:1-4)
• Rejoice in all things, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks (1 Th. 5:16-17)
